All orders placed on Vaarahi’s Collection are processed after successful payment confirmation.

  • Order processing time: 1–3 business days
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day
  • Customized or made-to-order products may require additional processing time

2. Shipping Locations

Currently, Vaarahi’s Collection ships orders across India. International shipping may be introduced in the future at our discretion.

Delivery availability depends on serviceability of the shipping address by our courier partners.

3. Shipping Partners

We work with reliable third-party courier and logistics providers to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders.

Shipping partner selection is at our discretion based on delivery location, serviceability, and operational feasibility.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Metro & Tier-1 cities: 3–6 business days
  • Tier-2 & Tier-3 cities: 5–8 business days
  • Remote or rural areas: 7–10 business days

5. Shipping Charges

6. Order Dispatch & Tracking

11. Split Shipments

In some cases, an order may be shipped in multiple packages depending on product availability or logistics constraints.

There will be no additional shipping cost to the customer for split shipments.

We will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

13. Refusal of Delivery

Unjustified refusal to accept delivery may result in cancellation of the order.

Any refund issued will be after deducting shipping and handling charges.
