Refund & Return Policy
1. Overview
Vaarahi’s Collection strives to ensure complete customer satisfaction. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and refunds strictly in accordance with this policy.
2. Eligibility for Returns
A return request may be accepted only under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags, labels, invoices, and packaging are intact
- An unpacking video is mandatory. Please share the unpacking video via email or raise a support ticket to resolve the issue. Without the unpacking video, the refund cannot be processed.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Jewellery items
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Products purchased during clearance or sale
- Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling
4. Return Request Process
To initiate a return request, please contact our customer support with the following details:
- Order ID
- Product images or video clearly showing the issue
- Reason for return
Our team will review the request and respond within 2–3 business days.
5. Return Approval & Pickup
If the return request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup where serviceable. In some cases, customers may be required to self-ship the product.
Return shipping charges may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds are initiated only after the returned product has been received and inspected by our quality team.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method
- Processing time: 7–10 business days after approval
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
7. Mode of Refund
Refunds will be processed through the same payment mode used at checkout, including:
- UPI / Net Banking
- Debit Card / Credit Card
- Wallets (subject to gateway policies)
8. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed only for size or variant issues and are subject to stock availability. Exchanges must be requested within 48 hours of delivery.
9. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
If cancelled successfully, refunds will be processed as per our refund timeline.
10. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received a refund after the stated period, please:
- Check your bank account or payment app
- Contact your bank or payment provider
- Reach out to our customer support
11. Right to Reject
Vaarahi’s Collection reserves the right to reject any return or refund request if the product does not meet eligibility criteria or if the policy terms are violated.
12. Policy Abuse
Any misuse of this policy, including excessive returns or false claims, may result in account suspension or refusal of future service.
13. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund & Return Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
